It covers income and asset document types only (pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, and bank and asset statements). Billed per application with a 50 page limit. Built for lenders who need accurate extraction at the top of the funnel.

Home Equity Mortgage Application

Home Equity Mortgage Application extracts structured data from home equity and HELOC application packages, including the application form, income and asset documentation and supporting borrower records, organized by document type and borrower in a GSE-aligned format at 99%+ accuracy. Billed per application with a 75 page limit.

Analyze

Analyze is a per-application mortgage product that includes everything in Classify, plus data capture and the analysis layer: income calculations, bank statement income calculation, and asset analytics, with rep and warranty coverage. It returns calculated qualifying income and asset analysis for the borrower from the submitted pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns and bank statements. Billed per application with a 350 page limit.

Analyze + Inspect
SKU: ANALYZE + INSPECT | Unit of measure: Base Book count | Page limit: 350 pages
Analyze + Inspect builds on Analyze by adding the Inspect layer. It automatically generates underwriting conditions from the submitted documents, the 1003 and AUS findings, and surfaces Inspect insights that flag discrepancies for underwriter review. Conditions are formatted for direct import into the Loan Origination System, with two-way Encompass sync. Billed per application with a 350 page limit.

Analyze + Inspect (Comprehensive)

Analyze + Inspect (Comprehensive) is the full conditioning tier. In addition to everything in Analyze + Inspect, it covers collateral and title conditions, a complete QC checklist across tax, insurance, HOA and property documents, and investor-specific tasks, compliance checks and overlays. Billed per application with a 350 page limit.
