Export cash flow analytics

The Dashboard offers two export options for utilizing Ocrolus cash flow analytics. The Lender Analytics (Excel) export contains account summaries, transaction details, and transaction tags, providing a comprehensive overview for lenders. The Bank Statement Income Calculator (Excel) generates income calculation outputs specifically tailored for mortgage lenders.

To export this data, select the Book you wish to export from, then click on the EXPORT dropdown menu and choose the desired export option.

Lender analytics

To download Lender Analytics, click on the EXPORT button and select the XLSX link in line with the Lender Analytics option from the dropdown menu.

The first tab of the file provides cash flow metrics at the aggregated Book level, which includes data from all submitted bank accounts and periods combined. You can review the metrics or search for specific ones, such as average daily balance or NSF, and view the values associated with each month in the Book. Most categories also include calculations for both inflows and outflows for each metric. To learn more about the definitions of certain cash flow metrics, view the Ocrolus analytics data dictionary.

The following tab(s) will be named by bank account and contain account-specific data and account-specific cash flow metrics. There will be one tab for every bank account in the Book. Key cash metrics, such as average daily balance and NSF count are summarized by month and displayed at the top for convenience. Additional cash flow metrics by month are shown below.

The next tab of the file is Enriched Transactions. This will aggregate and display all transactions in the Book with dates (column B), descriptions (column C), and amounts (column D). Associated transaction tags are also available as well in the columns following column D. The transaction tags are presented in alphabetical order.

To view all transactions associated with a certain tag, use the filter function and sort by “true” in the desired transaction tag column.

It includes a debt coverage ratio, calculated as (total revenue - total expense + total loan payments) / total loan payments. Additionally, it lists all fintech loans and MCA sources associated with the borrower.

The final tab, Revenue & Expenses, provides an overview of the total revenue and expenses. It highlights the top 5 counterparties contributing to revenue and the top 5 contributing to expenses.
