If you wish to discontinue using the Encompass integration for Ocrolus, please let us know so that we can clean up a few things internally. After we clean up all webhook subscriptions, you'll need to remove the Ocrolus API account from your Encompass instance. Otherwise, you may encounter unexpected behavior.
