Encompass Integration - Capture (Sunset 7.1.2021)
After integrating for Classify, a client can work with Ocrolus to capture data from all classified forms.
Classification as a Prerequisite
Ocrolus Encompass integration requires a Classify workflow to exist before a Capture integration. For more information, please contact Ocrolus customer support.
Support for Capture Form Types
Ocrolus can capture data from the following form types:
Form Type | 2020 URLA Section Covered |
---|---|
Drivers License | Borrower/Co-borrower First Name, Borrower/Co-borrower Last Name, Borrower/Co-borrower Date of Birth, Verification of Residence Fields |
W-2 | * Borrower/Co-borrower SSN |
Paystub | Borrower/Co-borrower Current Address, Borrower/Co-borrower Employment Information |
Bank Statement | Borrower/Co-borrower Previous Address, Borrower/Co-borrower Mailing Address, * Verification of Deposits Fields |
Working with the Custom Data Object
Ocrolus is capable of detecting many of the fields and pre-populating the 1003.
Alternatively, Ocrolus can populate a Custom Data Object (CDO) and make the fields visible on a provided custom form, the Ocrolus1003. Once the loan officer reviews the values, you can copy the values from the Ocrolus1003 form directly into the 1003.
To use one of these options, contact Ocrolus customer support. They will set the appropriate configuration.

Custom Forms
Ocrolus provides custom forms for Encompass. A client can access and review the data that Ocrolus captures.
While Ocrolus can write data directly into the 1003, initial integrations should leverage the standard Ocrolus Custom Forms.
Once the custom forms upload to a client's Encompass instance, loan processionals can review and interact with the Ocrolus Capture data.
