Create Book copy jobs

This API submits asynchronous copy requests that duplicate a Book and all uploaded documents to a specified recipient organization. Each request creates a job. You can monitor job status using the List Book Copy Jobs endpoint.

• This API is intended for small and medium business (SMB) lenders.
• The XID is optional metadata you can attach to a Book. Use it to include helpful context such as a deal name, opportunity ID, or nickname, when sharing a Book. This allows recipients to easily link the Book to related information outside the Ocrolus platform. You can set the XID when creating the Book with the POST /v1/book/add endpoint or update it later with POST /v1/book/update. Including an XID helps streamline reconciliation and auditing across systems.
