Deletes a Document uploaded to a Book.

A Document can be deleted from any state except QUEUED, PROCESSING, GROOMING, VERIFYING, DELETING, or DELETED. This means Documents in the COMPLETED, FAILED, VERIFICATION_COMPLETE, and REJECTED states can all be deleted.
