What's new?

Mortgage

MeridianLink integration

Ocrolus now integrates with MeridianLink Mortgage. Loan officers can upload borrower documents directly from MeridianLink, have them automatically classified and processed by Ocrolus, and import verified income calculations and insights back into MeridianLink.

The integration supports the following:

  • Automatic document classification and extraction upon upload Wage earner, self-employed, rental, and other income calculations

  • Inspect insights grouped by address, asset, borrower, employment, loan details, and subject property

  • Direct data import back to MeridianLink loan files via IMPORT TO MERIDIAN LINK option.

For more information, see the MeridianLink integration guide.

Webhooks
Monitor and replay webhook deliveries

You can now monitor webhook delivery health and replay failed deliveries directly from the Dashboard, without contacting Ocrolus support. From Dashboard > Account & Settings > Webhooks, click any configured webhook row to open the Deliveries panel. The panel shows delivery stats for a configurable time window, from 10 minutes to 48 hours across the following two tabs:

  • Overview- Five tiles summarizing total events, delivered, failed, success rate, and in-progress deliveries for the selected window.
  • Failed Logs- A list of every failed delivery in the selected window, with the event type, failure reason, and a Replay option to resend the original payload.

For more information, see the Monitor and replay guide.

Enhancements

Encompass

Updated Book naming convention in the Dashboard

Dashboard Book names for Encompass-integrated orgs now use the primary borrower's last name and the Encompass loan number, replacing the previous Encompass loan GUID format. When a loan has multiple borrowers, the first borrower's last name is used.

For example, a book previously identified by a loan GUID now appears as Smith 1100103846.

📘

Note

If existing workflows reference the loan GUID to locate books in the Dashboard, update those workflows to use the new {Last Name} {Loan Number} format.

For more information, see Book naming convention.

Classify and Capture
