What's new?

Analytics

We have introduced the following new features for the Analytics:

• Monthly account summary in Dashboard

  You can now expand the Account Summary to view it in detail on a monthly basis. You can select as many accounts as you like and see monthly summary details.

• Filter transactions by comments in Dashboard

  You can now filter transactions by comments. This will help you easily find specific details.

• Update to Book Summary Metrics Metadata

  We've introduced a new key to indicate missing_period_data. This key is set to true if the bank statement lacks a begin date/balance or an end date/balance, and false otherwise. Additionally, when period data is missing, we now exclude any transactions related to that period when calculating balance summary-related metrics.

Analyze changelog

We are excited to introduce a new changelog feature to our Analyze product that will significantly improve the transparency and accountability of borrower income calculations. This feature automatically tracks and records any changes made by loan team members to the field values and calculations initially computed by Ocrolus. This provides a comprehensive audit trail and documents all modifications to enhance data integrity and compliance.

This feature offers the following business benefits:

• Transparency: The changelog offers a clear, detailed record of any adjustments made to income calculations, enhancing the transparency of your lending processes.
• Compliance and Risk Management: With a robust audit trail, you can easily verify the integrity of the data, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements and reducing potential risks.
• Rep and Warranty Relief: It provides the ability to track and verify unaltered calculations and allows Ocrolus to extend Rep and Warranty coverage, offering additional protection for your business.

Enhancements

Detect - Dashboard

Color scale updates for Authenticity Score

We've updated the color scale for the Authenticity Score in the Dashboard:

• 0-30: VERY LOW authenticity displayed in dark red
• 31-60: LOW authenticity displayed in light red
• 61-80: MEDIUM authenticity displayed in yellow
• 81-100: HIGH authenticity displayed in green

Only scores of 81 and higher will be portrayed in green. Notably, scores for image-based documents, which are capped at a maximum Authenticity Score of 80, will no longer be shown in green. We recommend extra caution when accepting and reviewing any documents that are not in the format of an e-PDF.
