In this release, we've introduced a new aggregate income summary on the Ocrolus Dashboard and extended support for new Classify and Capture documents.
What's new?
Mortgage
Aggregated income summary
Now, the Income summary page presents a consolidated view of all income types linked with all the borrowers, allowing users to access comprehensive financial information quickly and efficiently.
Note
The income summary page filters out inactive employers or employers with paystubs older than 60 days.

Classify and Capture
New Classify and Capture supported documents
The Classify and Capture supports are enabled for the following newly onboarded documents:
Tax documents
- 1120S Schedule K (2021) - Shareholders’ Pro Rata Share Items
- 1120S Schedule K (2022) - Shareholders’ Pro Rata Share Items
- 1120S Schedule K (2023) - Shareholders’ Pro Rata Share Items

Webhooks
Organization-level webhooks
We have introduced the following two organization-level webhooks:
- book.pacing.discrepancies_found (BETA): This event indicates that discrepancies were found while mapping transactions from the Plaid JSON data to the transactions in the bank statement PDFs for the Book within the overlapping date ranges.
- book.pacing.no_discrepancies_found (BETA): This event indicates that no discrepancies were found while mapping transactions from the Plaid JSON data to the transactions in the bank statement PDFs for the Book within the overlapping date ranges.

Analyze
Lender Analytics - Excel download & API
The lender analytics export has been enhanced for improved usability and accessibility. This update includes redesigned versions of the Book Summary and bank account sheets. It simplifies workflows and retains the original sheets for continuity.
The Excel export now includes redesigned Book Summary and bank account sheets which offer improved usability while retaining the original sheets for users who prefer the existing structure. These new sheets are crafted based on user feedback to enhance ease of use and accessibility by simplifying analysis without disrupting the familiarity of the original format.
You can download the lender analytics Excel report using the Ocrolus Dashboard and access using Lender Analytics (Excel) API.
New Book Summary sheet
- Offers an intuitive overview of cash flow metrics aggregated at the Book level.
- All metrics are grouped under categories: Balances, NSFs, Overdrafts, and Custom Tag Metrics to create a user-friendly structure for the data.
Redesigned bank account sheet(s)
- The redesigned bank account sheet provides a clearer, more organized account-level breakdown.
- Each tab contains a summary of monthly metrics for individual accounts, including average daily balance, NSF counts, and other critical cash flow data.
- The categories under which bank account-level metrics are grouped are statement period metrics, overview metrics, balances, revenue, debt, expenses, NSFs and overdrafts, and custom tag Metrics.
